No matter your skill or experience level there is always a spot for you. Exercises can easily be progressed or regressed based off your individual needs. A group big enough to have fun but small enough to still have personalized coaching.
Small group training gives you a fun workout experience with fellow fitness enthusiasts while also giving you access to coaching that you normally wouldn’t get from a big group environment. Learn how to properly perform exercises that will give you the confidence to be able to effectively do them on your own.
Session price depends on weekly training frequency
1x/week – $110/session
2x/week – $100/session
3x/week – $90/session
