55-minute 1-on-1 private training session using a custom-built program designed to take you to where you want to be. Take out the guess work of going to a gym and experimenting with exercises that you’re unsure that you should even be doing. I’ll take into consideration any limitations you might have to help you navigate exercises that will help you to move and feel better. Most importantly I will do my best to ensure a highly positive and fun experience that will make you excited about exercising. Afterall the best workout program is the one you stick to!
Session price depends on weekly training frequency
1x/week = $80/session
2x/week = $75/session
3x/week = $70/session
