I started training with Spencer specifically for ACL rehabilitation, knee improvement, and full body strengthening. Having only worked with him for two months, I saw incredible improvements in my knee flexibility and strength levels. On top of this, I began seeing athletic improvements in my wrestling and jiu-jitsu thanks to his efforts. Spencer has been extremely proactive, yet patient with my progress, scaling exercises and workout programs to the proper intensities when necessary. He will motivate you at all times in your journey, but still hold a lighthearted conversation with you, making you feel comfortable. During my time training with Spencer so far, (2 years) he helped me achieve my goals in training for both sport specific training towards tennis in which I had been up to rank 23 in Texas in under 16s, and hypertrophy training . His training helped me make a significant jump in the rankings from 75 to 23. His approach towards training is always extremely professional and methodical emphasizing things such as proper form and progressive overload which guaranteed results for me. In addition to the training he had provided me with great tips on nutrition. Overall working with Spencer has paid off to a great degree as shown in my results strength wise, visibly, and lifelong due to the level of emphasis on form.
I have been training with Spencer Sled for over a year now. Having no prior experience with weight training, I was unsure of what to expect.
